HOW DO I START?
Take a look at our website to decide what items you like. Add items to your cart to quote. This does not guarantee items are available on your date and does not finalize your reservation.
A sales representative will contact you to finalize your reservation.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible before inventory runs out.
CAN I SEE ITEMS IN PERSON?
We do not have an official showroom with our items on display. The best way to browse our inventory is on our website. If you do need to see a few items in person, we may be able to set up a meeting in person to view those items. You will need to call or email to schedule an appointment.
HOW DO I RESERVE ITEMS?
You can reserve items by working with a sales representative. Someone will contact you after placing your quote online. Once availability is confirmed, you can reserve your items by paying a 50% deposit. Your order will be placed, and the remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We do offer delivery services for an additional cost. This service is available based on staffing, so book early to guarantee your reservation!
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We are located in Cape Coral, FL. We deliver as far north as Punta Gorda and as far south as Naples.
If your wedding is located outside of our delivery zones, you are still welcome to pick up and return items without utilizing our delivery service.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP/RETURN MY ITEMS?
For Saturday or Sunday weddings, you can pick up your items the Friday before your event and return them the following Monday. For Friday weddings, you can pick up your items the Thursday before your wedding and return them on Monday.
If your event is on a weekday, or you need your items for longer than our standard rental period, please reach out for more information.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your deposit is paid, the items are reserved for you and are unable to be booked by anyone else. Because of this, if you do remove an item, your deposit will be withheld.
Quantities based on guest count can be adjusted (ie: centerpieces, chairs, napkins). We need final guest count 30 days before your event.
Once your final payment is made, 30 days before the event, we cannot make any more changes to your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
The 50% deposit you pay to reserve your items is non-refundable.
